Shipping policy
Where we deliver
We deliver anywhere in India. We do not ship outside India at the moment — if you are abroad and want something made, call us and we will arrange it with you personally.
What delivery costs
- Up to 1 kg — ₹90
- 1 kg to 2 kg — ₹150
- 2 kg to 5 kg — ₹260
- Over 5 kg — ₹420
Orders over ₹50,000 are delivered free. Delivery is worked out from the weight of the whole order and is shown to you at checkout before you pay anything.
When your order leaves us
Almost everything we sell is made or cut after you order, so there is no single dispatch time and we will not pretend otherwise. We agree the date with you when we confirm your order, and we tell you the moment the parcel is collected. If you need a piece for a fixed date — a wedding, a function — say so before you order and we will tell you honestly whether we can do it.
Tracking
You get a tracking link by email as soon as the courier collects the parcel. If it has not moved for two days, call us and we will chase the courier ourselves. You should not have to.
When it arrives
Please check the parcel on arrival. Shipments are insured for their full value. If anything is damaged, missing or not what you ordered, contact us straight away and we will deal with the courier — that is our responsibility, not yours.
Payment
Orders are paid online when you place them. We do not offer cash on delivery.
