When your parcel is collected from the workshop we send you the courier's name and a tracking number — on WhatsApp, and by email. Put that number in below.

Before your parcel is dispatched
There is nothing to track yet, and that is normal rather than a problem. Almost everything we sell is cut and made after you order, so for most of the time between your order and your doorstep the garment is on a table in Ghatkopar West, not on a van. We tell you the date it is due and we keep you posted as the work goes on. Customisation is ready in 7 to 10 working days, counted from the day measurements are confirmed and the cloth is settled; heavy hand work takes longer, and we say so at the outset rather than letting the date drift.
If the tracking has not moved for two days
Call us on +91 92244 47024 and we will chase the courier ourselves. Sitting on hold with a courier helpline is not your job. Shipments are insured for their full value, and if a parcel is lost or damaged we remake or refund — that is our problem to solve, not yours.
Somebody needs to be there
We do not authorise couriers to leave a garment of this value with a neighbour or at a security desk, so somebody has to be present to sign. If the delivery day is awkward, tell us before it ships and we will hold it back or change the address.
